Why is it that students are not attending flaag raising ceremony

  Because of their own will. Im not saying that if students couldnt attend flag ceremony they were irresponsible, for some matter of fact, everything that they do has a reason behind it. Besides, there are two types of students, these are the responsible and irresponsible students. Possible pro reasons will be the following (responsible students); progress of transportation, lack of time management because of pile of school works, lack sleep and stress etc. While in the other hand, the possible con reasons will be the following (irresponsible students); lazy, irresponsible, has their own fantasy world, happy go lucky, and based on their own likeness which isnt good.
